It is best to contact the retailer directly to find out if they have the particular style you are looking for in stock for you to try on. Should they not have the exact style you are looking for, the retailer can work directly with a member of the House of Renhue team to find a convenient time to have the dress brought in just for you to try on.

• After placing your order online on our website or with an authorized Renhue retailer, each piece from our collection is specially cut and sewn just for you in your size and color specifications.

• Taking your own measurements can be tricky, so we do strongly recommend visiting one of our authorized Renhue retailers and purchasing your gown through them. Their trained staff will work one-on-one with you to ensure proper measurements are taken and you are provided with top notch customer service every step of the way.

• If working with an authorized Renhue retailer is not an option for you and you decide to move forward with purchasing your style from our website, we do recommend getting a second set of hands to assist with properly taking your measurements. One great way to ensure your measurements are accurately taken is to visit a local seamstress or alterations shop and kindly ask them to help measure.

• Our standard delivery for all gowns is 14 weeks and 10 weeks for accessories.

• Absolutely. If you are working on a tighter timeline for your wedding, don’t sweat it! Please work with one of our authorized Renhue retailers to find the best rush delivery options available for your special item or contact a member of the team at info@renhue.com. Please note that additional rush fees may apply.

• We do. Please contact info@renhue.com to work with the Renhue team and find the best options available for shipping your item internationally.

• All Renhue styles are made to order, therefore all orders placed are final sale and non-returnable. In addition to the submission of the order, no revisions or changes can be made. Our team works quickly and diligently to move your order into production once your order is placed. Please make sure to check our size chart thoroughly and color selection before placing your order. The submission of any order is considered a full acknowledgement and agreement to Renhue’s Terms & Conditions.

• The short answer is yes, absolutely. To achieve the best fit for your body, we strongly recommend planning for at least 2-3 alterations appointments. You can work directly with your authorized Renhue retailer to find the best alterations specialists in your area.

• The Renhue team prides themselves on the chic details of their designs. We do not permit design changes to our styles. However, we do allow for fit changes that will ensure the style works best for your body. Please work with your closest authorized Renhue retailer to review the options for that particular style and what is best for your body.

• No changes are permitted or accepted on online orders.
